Meet the Principal Consultant, Red Slice Group
Isaiah La Masters is a public safety and emergency management leader with expertise in physical security, critical infrastructure protection, and large-scale emergency preparedness. He has led multi-agency coordination efforts, developed strategic emergency plans, and implemented security measures that strengthen organizational resilience and community safety.
As a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED Instructor, Isaiah is passionate about teaching life-saving skills that empower individuals and organizations to respond effectively in emergencies. His professional background is supported by an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Political Science from the College of Western Idaho, a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Idaho State University, and ongoing graduate studies toward a Master of Science in Public Safety – Homeland Security at Liberty University.
Isaiah La Masters has also earned Foundations of Leadership and Advanced Leadership Certifications through The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and is an active member of ASIS International, the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and NSLS. His work reflects a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and professional excellence in public safety and emergency management.
