Security consulting, emergency planning, and life-saving training for agencies, campuses, and organizations.
About Red Slice Group
Red Slice Group helps organizations find and close the security and preparedness gaps they don’t know they have.
The Red Slice
Every organization has a slice of risk it doesn’t know it doesn’t know. Those blind spots quietly shape how people, places, and plans hold up under pressure, and they usually carry the biggest consequences. Our job is to find them before an incident does.
Who We Serve
Government agencies, colleges and universities, venues and event organizers, critical infrastructure operators, businesses, and nonprofits. We’re based in the Pacific Northwest and work with clients worldwide.
How We Help
Uncover hidden risks through assessments and red team testing
Plan and secure events, facilities, and operations
Build emergency, continuity, and incident command capability
Train people to respond, from CPR to full-scale exercises
Advise leaders on security, preparedness, and funding
How We Work
We’re practitioners. Our work is shaped by running real security and emergency operations, not just writing about them. Recommendations are ranked by risk, effort, and cost so you know what to do first, and plans are written to be used, not shelved.
Resilience isn’t built in the moment of crisis. It’s built long before it arrives.
